We are happy to invite you to take part in the 7th edition of the “Myth and truth about modern life safety” conference. The conference aims to bring to the fore aspects related to environmental and social factors affecting the mechanisms of disease and the general well-being, both from the viewpoint of research and current practice.
Human health and well-being are closely related to the state of the environment. Good quality natural environments provide for basic needs in terms of clean air and water, fertile land for food production, as well as energy and material inputs for production. Access to green and blue spaces also provides important opportunities for recreation and thus supports well-being.
At the same time, environment is an important pathway for human exposure to polluted air, noise and hazardous chemicals.
